We are looking for a teammate who will participate in the sales and business development of STELAB software products in line with the identification of new markets and the appropriate approach strategies for these markets. S/he will report to the Sales Manager.

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields,
  • At least 3 years of experience in software sales,
  • Experienced in identifying and analyzing processes,
  • Skilled in analytical thinking,
  • Excellent command of English both in oral and written communication,
  • Having high communication skills and problem-solving skills,
  • Having strong presentation skills and being self-expressive,
  • Having knowledge of ERP modules and systems is highly appreciated (Logo, SAP)

  • Running the entire sales process from identifying potential customers, lead generation, and cold calling to create initial interest, through identifying critical business needs, demonstrating value proposition of key solutions, meetings, documentation, quotations & proposals, software demos, and closing sales in order to achieve sales goals.
  • Developing and driving sales strategy to expand market share and leverage customer relationships,
  • Conducting the first meetings with the organizations from the customer pool.
  • Dealing with business functions such as Production, Finance, Accounting, Logistics and Distribution within multiple companies from different industries and segments.
  • Determining and reporting the needs of prospective customers by conducting pre-analysis processes.
  • Successfully closing the sale by running the post-demo offer and negotiation process.
  • Insights of RPA.
