JOB APLICATION PRIVACY NOTICE

Categories of Personal Data
When you submit an application for a job role with STELAB, we will receive, store, and review your personal data and any document containing such information, including resumes that you send to us. The categories of personal data will include name, postal address, contact email and telephone information, previous employment and educational background, and other information relating to the job application which may personally identify you. We do not deploy automated decision-making without human intervention or profiling of your personal data records.
Legal Basis
STELAB processes your personal data in order to review your application for various roles to which you have applied, and we do so on the basis of our legitimate business interests. We believe we have a legal basis for collecting this information, including as part of facilitating the hiring process and our employees’ employment with STELAB.

Data Retention
If you are not ultimately hired, your personal data will be retained for a maximum period of 6 months from the point at which you applied for a job with us. If you are hired by STELAB, this data will be retained in our HR database and a staff privacy notice will be provided to you.
Your Privacy Rights
When a person wants to request to disclose, correct, add, delete, stop usage, or stop provision to a third party, or notify the purpose of usage of his/her personal information (hereinafter referred to as “disclose and so on”) held by STELAB, or wants to raise complaints, the person is requested to follow the predefined procedures to make such requests.
